Our Platform

My Mission and Vision

My vision and mission for the Williamson County Precinct 2 Constable Office are simple, yet essential to my belief in the importance of community outreach.

I will work through the community to engage with transparency.

  • As I meet with our citizens and local groups, I will share with them my essential plans for empowering them to collaboratively work with us to create community - united as a whole.

  • I will not only utilize my nearly 33 years of law enforcement and leadership experience, but the overall experience of the agency to make Precinct 2 a safer community.

  • Our role in the community can best be described as a collaborative partnership with a vested interest. We will not only be committed to meeting the required civil processes and court bailiff duties of the office, but we will also engage with our vision of increasing child safety programs, fighting against those that defraud elderly citizens, and working in schools to fight about underage drinking, bullying, and attendance issues.

  • I firmly believe that by our being readily accessible to the schools, and to the community as a whole, we will accomplish our vision and mission of creating a more cohesive community partnership and collaboration.

What We Have Accomplished and What We Will Bring to Precinct 2

  • A meaningful grasp of the importance of effective Law Enforcement processes and procedures and how they relate to the creation of community.

  • A solid understanding of the importance of mental well being in the daily lives of law enforcement officials.

  • Essential experience as a Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Coordinator.

  • A complete understanding as to how the stressors inherent in the lives of officers affect their daily interactions.

  • Knowledge of the challenges that are thrown daily at law enforcement officials.  As officers, we see and deal with things that most people will never see in their lifetime.  I will bring CISM into Williamson County, and make it available for all first-responders.

  • An understanding of the mental health issues that exist in our community is essential to providing law enforcement leadership.  As a Crisis Support Officer I became immersed in mental health intervention.  We will work with all mental health resources available to us, to assist with this emerging issue.

  • I firmly believe that having battled stage 4 throat cancer and surviving - shows my willingness and ability to overcome any and all challenges presented to me.

  • I am a graduate of the Sam Houston State University Leadership Command College - Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas.

  • I am a graduate of the US Air Force Senior Leadership Academy.

  • I am a Graduate of the FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association.

  • I served as a Sergeant in law enforcement, and as an officer for nearly 29 years. In this role I supervised and trained patrol officers, supervised detectives in a criminal investigations division, and supervised a special operations division. This experience will serve me well as Constable.

  • I served as a Senior Master Sergeant with 27 years of combined service in the US Air Force and Air Force Reserves.

  • I gained even more knowledge and leadership experience from having deployed to Kuwait after 911, and Iraq in support of Iraqi Freedom. This experience has provided me with exceptional leadership abilities.

  • I am confident that my past experience will provide me with the guidance and knowledge required for the successful management of the Precinct 2 Constable office.
